1) Choosing Consistency, Resisting Compromise
How often do we camouflage what is really taking place in our lives?  If someone asks, "How are you?"  and you reply, "I'm fine," when in fact, you're going through a difficult time.  Do we have two sides to our lives?  One we reveal publicly and the other in private.  Who are we when no one is looking?  Where are the men and women of character who choose consistency and resist compromise?  Character is not success or achievement, it is who we are.  Education p. 57
