Greek Salad
  • 1 lb. tofu, cut into 3/4 inch chunks
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. Bill's Best Chik Nish seasoning
  • 2 1/2 c. diced tomatoes
  • 4 c. diced cucumbers
  • 1/2-3/4 c. chopped red onion
  • 1 c. pitted whole black olives
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove, pressed
  1. Bring water, tofu and chicken-style seasoning to a boil for 20 minutes and drain
  2. Then add the remainder ingredients
  3. Toss, chill and serve
