Burrito Wrap
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 can fat-free refried beans
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1/2 diced avocado
  • 1/4 c. sliced olives
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 4 cilantro sprigs
  • Salsa to taste
  • Rice (opt.)
  • Frozen corn kernels (opt.)

With whole wheat tortillas and fat-free refried beans, burrito wraps may include just about any frozen, fresh or canned food in the kitchen.

  1. Warm tortillas and beans slightly.
  2. Spread beans thinly to edge of tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle other items over the beans.
  4. Beginning on one edge, roll tightly. Cut into slices to serve.
