Swedish Meatballs

This is a very meat-like ball suitable for spaghetti or barbecue sauce or gravy.

  1. Place onion, water, soy sauce and gluten flour in a food processor. Process until gluten becomes stringy and “developed.”
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Form into walnut-size balls. Bake 375° for about 40 minutes or until light brown.
  4. These may be placed immediately into the broth (see recipe below) or frozen for later use.
