Chinese Noodles
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 shiitake mushrooms, soaked, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 c. shredded carrot
  • 3 leaves cabbage, shredded
  • 1 package bean sprouts
  • 1 package brown rice spaghetti noodles, cooked
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. seasoning, such as Bill's Best Chik Nish seasoning
  • 3 tbsp. LiquidAminos
  • 1/2 c. green spring onions
  • 1/2 c. cilantro
  1. Stir-fry onion and garlic with a little water till flavorful. Add sliced shiitake mushrooms, carrot and cabbage. Cook 1 minute.
  2. Stir in bean sprouts and spaghetti.
  3. Mix cornstarch with water and pour over noodles, stirring gently. When thickened, add seasoning and Liquid Aminos.
  4. Garnish with onions and cilantro. Serve hot.
