Baked Brown Rice

 

  • 3 c. brown rice
  • 6 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt

 

  1. Place all ingredients into casserole dish.
  2. Cover and bake at 350° for 1½ hours.
  3. Cooked rice may be frozen for later use.

NOTE: Raw rice may be toasted (dextrinzed) in a heavy skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently until
rice is a light golden brown.
