“Better than Kraft” Macaroni

 

  • 4 c. dry macaroni
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 4 tbsp. Yeast Flakes
  • 1 c. Soy Supreme
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2/3 c. cooked carrots
  • 2/3 c. unsweetened coconut milk

 

  1. Cook macaroni till noodles are done.
  2. Blend all ingredients together except coconut milk.
  3. Turn blender on high and drip coconut milk in until the sauce is thick. Mix with macaroni.
  4. Can bake if you like on 350 or eat as is.
