Vegan Meatballs

 

  • 1 c. grated raw potatoes
  • 2 tsp. soy flour
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs (soft)
  • 1 c. ground walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

 

  1. Mix thoroughly using hands.
  2. From into balls and put into baking dish.
  3. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  4. Can be used in spaghetti or covered with gravy or just plain.
