Mighty Mac Burger

 

  • 1 c. soaked garbanzo beans
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 c. quick oats, uncooked
  • 1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Bill's Best Chik Nish seasoning
  • 1 med. onion minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sage

 

  1. Blend beans and water.
  2. Remove to bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, and mix with spoon.
  4. Drop from 1/3 c. measure to form patties on oil-sprayed baking sheet.
  5. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350°.

Yields: 9 Large Patties
