Veggies with Garlic Sauce

 

Sauce

  • 1 c. water
  • 2 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • 3 tbsp. Liquid Aminos
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Vegetables

  • 2 c. onions
  • 2 broccoli heads, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. cauliflower florets
  • 3 carrots sliced
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. Liquid Aminos
  • 2 tbsp. garlic

 

  1. To prepare sauce, boil 1 cup of water with 2 1/2 tsp. garlic.
  2. Dissolve cornstarch in aminos and whisk into boiling water
  3. Stir in the toasted sesame seeds and stir until thick and cornstarch clears.
  4. Sauté vegetables in 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup aminos and 2 tbsp. garlic.
  5. Add sauce to veggies, stir and serve!
