Fruit Smoothie

 

  • 2 ripe bananas, frozen
  • 1 c. frozen mango chunks or frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 c. coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp. coconut extract, to taste

 

  1. Cut bananas into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
