Carob Peanut Butter Freezer Pie

 

  • 2 c. carob chips
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter (creamy style)
  • Dash salt
  • 2 c. soy milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 baked and cooled crumb pie crust

 

  1. Melt carob chips over warm water (a double boiler works well).
  2. Blend all ingredients mixing completely. Pour into 9” pie crust and freeze.
  3. Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving.
