Fresh Peach Pie

 

  • 1 c. frozen peach juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • Dash salt
  • 4 1/2 c. fresh or frozen sliced peaches
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 baked and cooled Crumb Pie Crust

 

  1. Combine juice concentrate, water, cornstarch and salt in a sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute; remove from heat.
  3. Stir in the sliced peaches and almond extract. Pour into a prepared pie shell. Chill and serve.

Serves 8.
