Sweet Whipped Cream

 

  • 1 (14 oz.) can of coconut milk
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. Agar Agar Powder
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 2 tbsp. lecithin
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 package Mori Nu Tofu

 

  1. Boil coconut milk, water, and agar agar powder together for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Blend honey, lecithin, salt, vanilla, and tofu together.
  3. Add boiled ingredients and blend again until smooth.
  4. Refrigerate until set up and whip with whisk (electric beaters)
  5. Re-blend if necessary to make smooth creamy texture.
