Caramel Corn

 

  • 1/2 c. un-popped popcorn
  • 1/4 c. natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 c. molasses (not blackstrap)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

 

  1. Pop the corn, and heat last three ingredients.
  2. Pour over popped corn, mixing as you pour.
  3. Place single layer on cookie sheet and bake at 200 degrees F for 1 hour.
