Flaxseed Bars
  • 1 c. peanut or almond butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 c. honey
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. flaxseeds
  1. Blend 1 c. seeds at a time, to a fine consistency.
  2. Mix all items gradually, adding the ground seeds.
  3. Place onto 11×15 sprayed cookie sheet. Roll smooth or use hands to press.
  4. Score into 1 ½ inch pieces. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. Keep in refrigerator. May freeze.
