Coconut Ice Cream
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 c. cashews, raw
  • 2/3 c. honey
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp Guar Gum Powder
  • 2 tray of ice cubes to bring to mixture to 5 1/2 c.
  1. Blend all ingredients except for the ice cubes until very smooth.
  2. Once the mixture is blended add your ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Pour mixture into your ice-cream maker following it’s directions.

VARIETY:
Butter Pecan- add 1tsp. butterscotch flavoring and ½ c. chopped pecans to the recipe above. 
Mint and Chip-add 1tsp. of peppermint flavoring and ½ c. carob chips to the recipe above.
