Oven Hash-Brown Potatoes
  • 6 medium-size potatoes, scrubbed and trimmed for cooking.
  • 1/4 onion chopped fine
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • Herbamare Seasoning or salt
  1. If desired peel potatoes and cut in halves.
  2. Parboil about 7 minutes, then drain and chill.
  3. Grate potatoes and toss with chopped onions and parsley.
  4. Arrange potatoes evenly on a sprayed cookie sheet and sprinkle lightly with Herbamare.
  5. Bake 400° for about 25 minutes until brown. Cut into squares to serve.
