  • Corn Crisps
  • 1 c. coarse cornmeal (polenta)
  • 1/3 c. quick oats
  • 1 tsp. dill weed (opt.)
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 c. boiling water
  1. Combine all ingredients, except water.
  2. Add water and mix together well. Let stand about 8 minutes until thickened.
  3. Drop batter by tablespoon onto a sprayed cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and edges begin to loosen from pan.
