  • Oat Crackers
  • 1 c. rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. water
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour onto cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. Score for crackers.
  3. Continue baking at 350° F until very light brown.
  4. Remove crackers from outer edges as they brown to prevent burning.
