Breakfast Oat Sausage

  • Breakfast Oat Sausage
  • 3 c. water
  • 1/2 c. LiquidAminos
  • 2 tbsp. Tahini
  • 1/2 c. Yeast Flakes
  • 1/2 c. sunflower seeds, grounded
  • 1/2 c. pumpkin seeds, grounded
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. sage
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. basil
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp. onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. oregano
  • 4 c. rolled oats
  1. Mix first 3 ingredients in a sauce pan.
  2. Heat to boiling.
  3. Put remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  4. Pour boiling mixture into dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Shape into small (3 tbsp) patties on sprayed baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees F for 15 min.
  7. Flip over & bake another 15 min.
  8. Serve with ketchup or gravy for breakfast.

Yield: Approx. 30 patties
