
Pita Bread Chips

6 small whole wheat pita bread pockets

1/2 c. salted water

1/4 tsp. cumin (opt.)

1/2 tsp. paprika (opt.)

1/2 tsp. garlic powder (opt.

Separate top and bottom layers of pita bread and cut into pie-shaped wedges or cracker-sized pieces.

Set aside cumin, paprika, and garlic in a small bowl.

Place pitas on cookie sheet and spray with salted water. Sprinkle evenly with seasoning mixture.

Bake at 250 degrees for about 10 minutes or until dry and crisp.
