Crispy Corn Chips
  • 30 corn tortillas
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. salt or garlic salt
  1. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges.
  2. Mix water and salt and place in a sprayer or shallow bowl.
  3. Lightly spray tortillas or dip them into salted water.
  4. Spread them on a baking sheet and toast at 300 degrees until crispy. Serves 15.
