Unleavened Bread Sticks

1 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. Tahini
  • 1/2 c. sesame seeds
  • 2 1/2 - 3 c. whole wheat flour
  1. Combine all ingredients except flour and mix well.
  2. Add flour gradually to make firm but not dry dough.
  3. Roll out ¼ inch thick and cut with a dull knife or pizza cutter.
  4. Bake on a sprayed cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
