Whole Wheat Wraps for Burritos
  • 2 c. whole wheat flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Water (enough to make a think pancake batter texture)
  1. In mixing bowl pour whole wheat flour.
  2. Add Salt
  3. Stir in water
  4. Spoon into nonstick skillet, smooth out to thin circle with back of the spoon.
  5. Brown, flip, brown other side

NOTE: May use these wraps also for steamed vegetables, fill with scrambled tofu or as a crepe with fruit sauce filling etc.
